OUR POLICY

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY:

We allow 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your program subscription for a full refund. 1 hour after purchase all sales are final (We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products once it leaves the warehouse). At The Well we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of care + quality products. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please tell us how we are doing and how we can improve. Note: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS:

To cancel a subscription agreement (which includes any subsequent orders), you’ll need to contact us 1 month prior to your renewal/charge date. Failure to do so will result in your payment being processed and order being shipped. Note: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds will not be issued for sensory or result dissatisfaction, adverse events, and/or reactions that are common/expected on a detox, including but not limited to: GI upset, fatigue, headache, dizziness, and difficulty with concentration. We want your detox journey to be as smooth as possible, so please reach out with any concerns! Our team of Functional Nutritionists are here to help.
