THREE SEED OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST PARFAIT

Don’t have time to whip up a nutritious breakfast? This overnight breakfast parfait has you covered. It only takes 5 min to make. Prep it a day or two in advanced and you’re set. We nixed the grains and added in our favorite nuts and seeds to make the most nutritious, delicious, and filling overnight parfait yet. It’s loaded with healthy fats and proteins, to give your body the fuel it needs to tackle your day. Free of grains, refined sugar, and dairy- it’s basically a caveman’s dream.

Prep Time:

5 minutes

Serves:

2 servings

Ingredients:

1 can organic full fat coconut milk

2 tbl organic hemp hearts

2 tbl organic chia seeds

2 tbl organic flax seed meal

1 tbl organic almond butter

1 tbl honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings:

fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup, nut butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in mason jar. Mix until combined. Store in fridge overnight (at least 6 hours).

Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy.
